My Approach

It requires insight to identify the need for help, support, and guidance when life becomes challenging. Take a moment to validate this big step. I value fostering vulnerability in the safe space of a therapeutic alliance in order to build my client’s self efficacy. My goal is to guide you to the solutions you have always had within you, but just have needed some help accessing.

I utilize a variety of different modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused thinking, and/or a trauma-informed approach to meet my client's specific needs. In our sessions we will work on identifying behavioral patterns, negative core beliefs, and triggers that have negatively impacted your quality of life. I will strive to help you work towards recognizing your values and needs so that self-esteem is increased, and a sense of inner peace can be achieved.
