My Approach
It is not easy to admit that things feel off, overwhelming, or just plain exhausting. So before anything else: take a moment to give yourself credit for even being here.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process. Absolutely no judgment, and a safe space where vulnerability is welcomed. My role isn’t to “fix” you (because you’re not broken). It’s to help you access the clarity, strength, and direction that’s already within you. It just might be buried under stress, disordered thinking, or other people’s expectations.
Expect to explore your behavioral patterns, challenge your inner critic, and build the kind of life you want to be living. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, solution-focused strategies, and more. Translation: you’ll get a therapist who listens and gives you tools. Never a one-sizes fits all approach.
